ReplyReady may collect information you provide directly, including account details, screenshots, photos, letters, notices, emails, messages, documents, optional notes, and communications you send to support.
The app may also create and retain information generated from your content, such as extracted text, plain-English summaries, urgency levels, suggested next steps, and drafted replies. Basic technical information, such as device type, app version, and diagnostic data, may be collected to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, process uploaded content, generate summaries and drafts, maintain your experience, respond to questions, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and protect ReplyReady and its users from misuse.
AI processing
Uploaded content and related instructions may be sent to AI and machine-learning service providers so ReplyReady can extract text, summarize content, assess urgency, suggest next steps, and draft replies. These systems can make mistakes. You should review generated output and verify important details against the original communication before relying on it.
Storage and sharing
Information may be stored for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain user history where available, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention may vary based on the type of information and how the app is configured.
We may share information with vendors that help provide hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, customer support, security, and AI processing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your uploaded documents or messages.
Support requests
If you contact support, we collect the information included in your request, such as your email address, description of the issue, and any files you choose to send. We use this information to investigate and respond to your request and to improve the service.
Your choices
You may choose not to upload content, although some app features will not work without it. Depending on your location and the services available in the app, you may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
